Although it provides a lot of scalability and elasticity, you have few options when it comes to customizing and controlling it. On the other hand, a private cloud is a network run and maintained internally within your own organization. You have near-total control over this type of setup, but it comes at a high cost because you’ll be responsible for every aspect of it.
Splitting the difference between these two models is the hybrid cloud framework. This combines your own private network with public cloud resources. The benefits include greater flexibility and reliability, but it requires more attention from you and is much more complex to manage.
