Russian Climber Waves Ukraine Flag Atop Mount Everest. Video Surfaces

“The place Alexei is now, and which colony he’s being taken to, we do not know,” Leonid Volkov, Navalny’s chief of employees, was quoted as saying in an announcement shared on the Telegram app.
